Deliveries are made between 8am -3pm on 15th March 2026.
Please not the bouquets are not delivered in water unless a vase is purchased with the order. The flowers are taken out of buckets of water from the van driver, and handed to recipient at their door. If no one is in, will will leave in a safe covered place or with a neighbour. We do not offer redelivery or refunds for missing bouquets.
Delivery is attempted once. We ask for a contact number, if no one answers we will make the best judgement of where to safely store the flowers on site, or with a neighbour. If there is nowhere, we will leaver in front of the door.
Each bouquet is made completely by hand by Eloise. I design to each stem and no bouquet looks the same as the other, or like the images used. You are purchasing a product because you understand I pick the best, truly seasonal, locally grown stems and will design the bouquet to suit the stems. Everything is organic and natural, and here at Studio DandelioN, I embrace the wild, the gestural and the extraordinary.
The longevity of each stem will vary. We do not accept any responsibility for stems dying after the flowers have been delivered. If you have any complaints, please do email Eloise at info@studio-dandelion.com and she will reply to your query.
We do not offer any refunds.
I create designs that I would like to recieve. This is my design, and not a ‘regular’ bouquet. By purchasing a Studio Dandelion product, you understand this and are happy to agree to the process.
