All deliveries will be made between 8am and 8pm. We cannot guarantee a time. Please note our driver does not have to pick up their phone, and will not do so in this working day SUNDAY 10TH MARCH 2024.
We try and buy as close to the flowers in the product shot. However, as a truly seasonal florist if the stems that have been photographed are not available we will use our professional expertise to choose a suitable alternative for the design. We use only UK grown flowers, we create into clear glass vases and we use pin frogs as mechanics. This is all part of making sure we are as eco-friendly a spossibly, without infringing on our style and design.
Each bouquet will be prepared and created uniquely to each flower and stem shape, therefore the arrangement may look different in size or form to the photographed image. Let the flowers move and grow, we don’t create stiff arrangements. We want each flower to move and sign, and each gesture to unfold beautifully for you.
Please top up the water as soon as the arrangement is received. Clean water every two days and kept out of direct sunlight. If any stems perish, remove them and enjoy the rest that are continuing to bloom. T’is natures course.
We don’t offer refunds.
If the recipient is not at home & we cannot leave the product in a safe place or there is no neighbour we will redeliver on a later date. This will incur a re-delivery charge and also another charge for stems that will need replacing.
DELIVERIES IN THE CONGESTION ZONE WILL BE CHARGE AT AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF £15
